Using Windows Media Creation Tool
Step 1: Download the Windows Media Creation Tool application from the official Microsoft homepage.

Step 3: Right-click on the Windows 10 update file you just downloaded above and select Run as Administrator.
Step 4: You will see the terms page to be able to use this tool. Then click Accept.
Step 5: In the next screen, click Upgrade This PC Now, then click Next.
