If the microphone is connected via Bluetooth and the microphone is not working properly, check the following options:
- Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on your device. Open Action Center and check if Bluetooth is enabled.
- Check if the microphone needs charging.
- Make sure you are in range. Because you can only connect your devices via Bluetooth if they are 6.0 to 9.0 meters apart. In addition, obstacles such as walls will interfere with the connection.
