Using AutoHotKey you can do many things. One of those things is the ability to disable any key on your keyboard, including Caps Lock.
Step 1. First, you need to download and install AutoHotKey.
Step 2. Once installed, right-click on your desktop and choose New => Text Document.
Step 3. Now double-click the newly created file to open it and paste the following code in:
; Disable Caps Lock key
Step 4. Press Ctrl + S, or File => Save to save the file. Then close this window.
Step 5. Next, you rename the file to DisableCapsLock.ahk. Or another name but must end with .ahk (replace the .txt extension with .ahk).
This file now becomes an AutoHotKey script.
Step 6. Double-click the file to launch the script. You can see it in your taskbar.
Try pressing the Caps Lock key while the script is running and you will see that Caps Lock won’t turn on. If you want to use the Caps Lock key, exit the script by right-clicking the AutoHotKey icon on the taskbar and choosing Exit. Alternatively, you can also pause the script by selecting Pause Script.

Step 2. Paste the following path into the address box of the window that just opened and press Enter:

Step 4. You name it Scancode Map.
Step 5. Now double-click on it => enter the following binary value in the Value Data field:

Step 6. Click the Ok button to save the changes. Finally, close all open windows and restart your computer.
