Use the virtual keyboard on Windows 10
Fortunately, when using Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7, you all have a tool called a virtual keyboard, it will help us type everything we want with our mouse. Check the keyboard connection port

Reinstall keyboard driver

Step 1: Press the Windows + R keyboard shortcut to open the Run dialog box, type devmgmt.msc in the search box and press Enter.
Step 2: In the Device Manager window, click the arrow mark on the left side of the Keyboards to expand the driver, then right-click on Standard PS/2 Keyboard and click Uninstall.

Update driver for USB port and keyboard
There are two ways to help you update the driver properly for the keyboard or USB port: Manually or automatically.
Manually Update Driver: You can update your driver by going to the manufacturer’s homepage and searching for the latest driver and installing it. If you are not familiar, it is best to use driver installation software such as Driver Easy.
Automatic Driver Update: Driver Easy software will automatically detect your system and find the correct driver for your entire computer, not just the keyboard driver. Step 1: Download and install Driver Easy.
Step 2: Open Driver Easy and click Scan Now button. Driver Easy will automatically scan the entire computer and identify any driver that is faulty on the computer.
Step 3: Click Update next to the drivers that you need to update to automatically download and install correctly with your computer (Can be used on the free version).
Or you can click the Update All button to automatically download and install all missing or outdated driver versions on the computer system (however this feature can only be used on the PRO version).
Use keyboard debugger
Step 1: Press the Windows + I keyboard shortcut to quickly open the Windows Settings application, then select Update & Security.
Step 2: Select Troubleshoot feature from the list of features on the left side. Next, navigate to the Keyboard section and click Run the troubleshooter.
Step 3: Follow the instructions to complete the keyboard error correction process.
